Target: Business owners, senior managers, sales & marketing staff (Company size: 1 – 50 FTEs).
Objective: Support to fully define long-term vision of success, mission & purpose, core values, growth strategies and to achieve business goals.

Approach & Structure:
- 4 X Half-day workshops – 2hrs Business training (learning) and 2hrs business planning (developing) each - covering all business areas
- 4 X monthly 2-hr (or 8 X fortnightly 1-hr) one-to-one follow-ups (Implementing & achieving) in-between the individual workshops.
Business Training (Personalised 1-to-1 Training with customised workbook, tools & templates - Learning):
- Marketing fundamentals, Brand strategy; reviews of product, service and company profile
- Market research, customer surveys and customer profiling
- Commercial feasibility & cost-to-benefit analyses
- Distribution channels and sector development planning
- Sales planning and targeted account management, including strategic partnerships & relationship management
- E-commerce
- Community outreach initiatives.
Business Planning (Planning & implementation - Achieving):
- Identify and analyse growth target markets (regional, national, international and e-commerce)
- Do market research, customer profiling and surveys
- Design product / service definitions aligned with target market and customer demographics
- Do strategic marketing planning including brand strategy and online marketing and sales
- Develop effective Retention and new business Acquisition growth strategies
- Plan & grow distribution channels and sector development; plan for community outreach initiatives
- Perform relationship management and strategic partnership management.
